OffByOne: can't d/l anything

Anybody know why I can't d/l anything with OffByOne?
If I click a d/l link, it appears to be transferring something, but I
can't see where it's going or find it after it's done.

I just went to OffByOne webpage using OffByOne, and downloaded a new copy
of it as a zip file. Worked fine.

My guess would be that the site you're trying to download from is using
some fancy redirecting or scripting tricks that OffByOne doesn't support.
It's a neat tool, but it has serious limitations.
